Bear Labels and "Stationary" from Belgium
I've come across some items that may or may not be considered philatelic or listed in any catalog.  I don't feel these items can be included in the bear lists, but you may disagree. If you ever see any of these items listed in a catalog, please contact me.

Bear type - fictional
Year - 2005 (purchased in 2005, unsure of actual issue year)
Face value - unsure of the rate; I believe it's the rate to mail inside of Belgium, but I am not positive
Description - Winnie the Pooh "pop-and-play" greeting card / toy
When you open the "card" (actually, it's a small box), a Winnie the Pooh scene pops up in 3-D.  According to the directions, you just address it and toss it in the mail, with no additional postage required.  This implies that it is postal stationary, but "stamp" printed on the box does not say Belgium, nor is there any franking value shown on the stamp.  This is just one example of the many that Belgium Post sells.

Year - 2006

Description - Polar bear labels - - this is from a sheet of 15 stamps/labels.  Three of the stamps/labels are polar bears; also on the sheet are a cat with sunflowers, three cats, a monkey, and a frog.  These were listed in the Belgium Post's Philanews catalog dated 02/2006 as being "Hallmark feuille 9".  (Hallmark as in the greeting card company...) The order code is DUOHAL0509.
