International Bureau Circular 406 mentions a Millennium sheetlet of 4 stamps, face value 2,500,000 NKz. The picture to the left (with a teddy bear on the 1903 label) seems to have a face value of 500,000 NKz. While this sheet does not appear to be the same as the one listed on the circular, I have my doubts that this is a legitimate issue. |
